Quinn’s Mobile Auto Detailing

By booking a service with Quinn’s Mobile Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and the highest quality of service for all clients.

1. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, text, phone, or email. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible atthe scheduled time. If we arrive and the vehicle is not available or the location is inaccessible, a rescheduling fee may apply.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, e-transfer, and all major credit cards. Promotional discounts must be mentioned at time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in every vehicle we detail. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. While perfection is our goal, some stains or damage may be permanent and outside the scope of

detailing.

5. Excessive Dirt and Condition Policy

If a vehicle is, at the sole discretion of Quinn’s Mobile Auto Detailing, deemed excessively dirty (including but not limited to heavy pet hair, caked-on mud, mold, excessive garbage, or biohazards), a $75 upcharge will apply due to the additional time, labor, and materials required. Customers are required to disclose such conditions prior to the appointment. While we always do the best job possible, in extreme cases the final outcome may not be flawless in every crevice due to equipment and time constraints. Failure to disclose may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or refusal of service on arrival.

6. Liability

We are fully insured and take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that may arise from deeply embedded contaminants or previously applied chemicals.

7. Weather & Outdoor Services

If weather conditions prevent outdoor service (e.g., heavy rain, extreme cold), we will notify you and reschedule as soon as possible. Covered or garage areas are preferred during winter or inclement conditions.
