At Quinn’s Mobile Auto Detailing, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We stand by the quality of our work and are committed to making things right if you’re not happy with the service.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address the issue, which may include:

A complimentary touch-up

A partial refund

A full re-service (at our discretion)
Note: Refunds or re-services are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis based on the nature of the concern.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25–$50, depending on the service booked.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in no refund and may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Weather Conditions
If your appointment must be canceled or delayed due to weather (e.g. rain or extreme temperatures), we will notify you as early as possible and offer to reschedule at no charge. If you choose not to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
4. Prepaid Packages or Gift Cards
Prepaid services, packages, or gift cards are non-refundable, but they never expire and may be transferred to another person upon request.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
